DJ Inn - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to DJ Inn, a liquor store listed on the KEOC marketplace. By accessing or purchasing from DJ Inn through KEOC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Age Restriction
2.1. By purchasing from DJ Inn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, as required by South African law.
2.2. Upon delivery or collection, customers may be required to provide valid identification to verify age.
2.3. DJ Inn reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who fail to provide valid identification.
3. Ordering & Payments
3.1. Orders can be placed through the KEOC platform.
3.2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on KEOC.
3.3. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery & Collection
4.1. DJ Inn offers delivery services through KEOC’s partnered couriers.
4.2. Delivery will only be made to individuals who meet the age requirement and can provide valid identification.
4.3. Customers can opt for store pickup where applicable.
4.4. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Refunds & Returns
5.1. Due to the nature of liquor products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5.2. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please report the issue within 24 hours with proof (photo evidence) for resolution.
5.3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
6.1. Orders can be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order.
6.2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
7.2. Customers must be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.
7.3. DJ Inn is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. DJ Inn and KEOC shall not be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier issues.
8.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1. Customer data is protected in accordance with KEOC’s privacy policy.
9.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment.

10.1. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
